The Blues have been very busy, bringing in Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner, Thiago Silva, Malang Sarr, Ben Chilwell, Kai Havertz and Edouard Mendy.
To balance this out, we could see a number of players leaving Stamford Bridge in the next few days.
Here are the latest Chelsea transfer rumours.
Chelsea reluctant to allow Rudiger move
Rudiger is yet to feature for the Blues this season with speculation over his future growing by the day.
Lampard’s side do not want to sell to Spurs, the report states, with their relationship claimed to have worsened in recent years.
When Spurs signed Fernando Llorente back in 2017, Chelsea were left angry with former boss Antonio Conte desperate to sign the Spanish striker at the time.
Lampard responds to Hudson-Odoi talk
Chelsea boss Lampard does not know whether Callum Hudson-Odoi will leave before Monday’s 11pm deadline.
The Blues manager, speaking after the 4-0 win over Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon, was rather coy on the Bayern Munich-linked winger.
Lampard said: “There is no definitive answer but by Monday, we will have one.
“If Bayern have declared an interest then that’s one thing but as I’ve said before, everything that happens by Monday will be things that are firstly good for us as a club because Callum’s our player and also what Callum wants will come into consideration but it has to be right for everybody.”

Hudson-Odoi loan bid rejected
Chelsea have rejected a loan offer from Bayern Munich for Hudson-Odoi, according to the Daily Mail.
The offer is believed to have been a loan to the Allianz Arena this season, with an option to buy for £70m for the next campaign.
The 19-year-old reportedly came close to joining the Champions League winners back in January 2019.
The English winger has made three appearances in the Premier League this season so far, but was left out of the squad to face Crystal Palace.
