And they may not be done there with West Ham midfielder Declan Rice continuing to be linked ahead of the October 5 deadline.
But focus is likely to on getting unwanted players through the exit door at Chelsea and there is plenty of talk surrounding potential departures.
Take a look below as we take you through all the latest on the transfer front.
Rudiger to Tottenham
Tottenham are tipped to make a shock move for Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger.
According to Sky Sports, if Spurs miss out on prime target Milan Skriniar.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard recently failed to move outa Rudiger departure.
“I wouldn’t assume anything,” he said. “And I wouldn’t assume Antonio or any players in the squad (are leaving).”
Hudson-Odoi keen on exit
Callum Hudson-Odoi is eying a Chelsea exit.
That’s according to Sky Germany, who say the winger’s head has been turned by the possibility of Bayern Munich rekindling their interest.
Bayern were interested in a move Hudson-Odoi last summer before he put pen-to-paper on a new five-year contract.
But reports claim Bayern could circle back and that Hudson-Odoi could be interested.
Inter eye Chelsea duo
Inter Milan could make a move for Chelsea pair N’Golo Kante and Marcos Alonso before the window is out.
According to Sport Mediaset, if Inter sell Milan Skriniar as expected, Antonio Conte will look to spend his money on a couple of Blues stars.
Inter have been credited with an interest for Kante throughout the summer and the report claims he could be top of the list if Skriniar leaves, something Chelsea may be open to if they believe they can land Declan Rice.
Meanwhile, Alonso has also been tipped to join Inter after a disagreement with Lampard following the weekend’s draw with West Brom.
