The pair of marquee signings are to join Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Matt Doherty and Joe Hart in joining this summer with Jose Mourinho significantly improving his squad.
And there could well be more with Spurs still desperate to land a striker before the end of the transfer window.
Below we run you through all the latest transfer rumours as it pertains to Tottenham.
Clarke heading for Birmingham City
Spurs winger Jack Clarke is close to joining Birmingham City.
According to the Birmingham Mail, the 19-year-old is on his way to St Andrew’s on a loan deal.
Clarke is expected to link up with Aitor Karanka and Birmingham on a season-long loan deal, his second temporary spell since arriving at Spurs.
The former Leeds youngster spent the second half of last season on loan to QPR, making six league appearances.
El Bilal Touré going nowhere
Tottenham have been warned El Bilal Touré will be going nowhere this summer.
Spurs have been linked with a move for the 18-year-old Reims striker by RMC Sport, but club president Jean-Pierre Caillot says there is no deal in the offing.
“It’s logical that this kid, who’s just turned 18, who’s exciting all the radars in Europe, means we’re being contacted,” he told BFMTV. “We’ve been contacted from France, notably by Marseille. There are no talks because this kid, who we brought in in January, has barely played six months because of Covid.
“There’s no way a player who joined us six months ago would leave because he’s played well. Anyone can contact us but this player will be with Stade de Reims this season. He doesn’t have an exit pass”.
Danny Ings update
Spurs’ striker chase will go on, it seems, with another club telling them to look elsewhere.
Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl has said Danny Ings, who has been linked with a move to Tottenham, is staying exactly where he is.
“I don’t know how often I spoke last season about Danny Ings, how important he is for our club,” the Saints boss said in his press conference on Friday.
“The only thing I want to say for these rumours is that there’s absolutely zero interest from Danny to go anywhere.
“He is 100 per cent happy to be here and, for us, it’s 100 per cent not discussable that we (allow to) leave one of the best strikers in Europe.
“Any rumours about that are absolutely nonsense and hopefully this is the last time we speak about this.”
