Kai Havertz joined the list of arrivals on Friday, Frank Lampard completing his seventh signing of the summer.
But there could well be more incomings with a goalkeeper and possibly a defensive midfielder still to be signed.
And with that in mind, we run you through the latest Blues transfer gossip below.
AC Milan close to Bakayoko deal
AC Milan are close to landing Chelsea outcast Tiemoue Bakayoko.
Sunday’s edition of Corriere dello Sport reports there’s now a general agreement between the two clubs over the transfer.
The Serie A club will pay around €3.5m for a season long loan, and they’ll have a clause enabling a permanent transfer for €30m.
Palace favourites to sign Gallagher
Chelsea are set to loan out young gun Conor Gallagher when he comes to terms on a new deal.
Leeds United are ‘hanging on’ in the race but Crystal Palace remain the favourites.
That’s according to The Sun, who state that the Whites want to sign the 20-year-old midfielder on loan.

Inter Milan will offload up to three players to fund a deal to sign Chelsea midfielder Kante.
According to Calcio Mercato, Antonio Conte is desperate to link up with his old midfielder this summer, and given the Blues’ reported pursuit of Rice, a move could well be on the cards.
It’s reported, however, Chelsea will accept no less than £60million – perhaps even more – and Inter are now on a fund-raising exercise.
Inter could offload Ivan Perisic, Joao Mario and Dalbert Henrique to fund the deal
