It is currently unclear how much Spurs will have to spend this summer but that has not seen Jose Mourinho credited with interest in a number of different players and positions.
With Spurs still fighting to qualify for Europe, it remains to be seen whether failure to do so will cause them to miss out on any potential signings.
Here are the latest Tottenham Hotspur transfer window.
Ajax join Spurs in Hojbjerg race
Dutch giants Ajax have joined the race for Pierre-Emile Hojbjeg, according to the Telegraph.
Spurs have long been linked with the Southampton midfielder, who has recently been replaced as captain due to the fact he has just a year left on his contract.
Yet the report says Ajax are also now showing interest in a potential £15m deal that would also guarantee the Denmark international Champions League football.
At the moment, though, the 24-year-old views staying in the Premier League as an attractive option, which could work in Spurs’ favour.
Mourinho confident of Chelsea raid
The Express report that Jose Mourinho is confident of tempting Kurt Zouma away from Chelsea this summer.
Zouma has fought his way back into Frank Lampard’s team this week, being recalled for their matches against Watford and Crystal Palace.
Yet Lampard is still keen to bring in a new centre-back this summer.
That has left Spurs eyeing up a move for Zouma, with Mourinho confident of a reunion with the player he gave a debut to at Stamford Bridge.
Everton are also interested in the Frenchman, who spent the 2018/19 season on loan at Goodison Park.
Move for Boga shot down
Tottenham Hotspur have been warned off a move for Sassuolo winger Jeremie Boga.
Boga has been in superb form for the Serie A outfit this season after joining from Chelsea last summer.
That has led to interest from Spurs, along with Arsenal and Everton.

Yet Corriere dello Sport reveals that Sassuolo sporting director Giovanni Carnevali has ruled out selling the Ivory Coast international.
He said: “The big guys will not leave. It is our desire for the team to improve,” Carnevali says.
“How much is Boga worth? I don’t ask myself that question for the simple fact that we don’t want to sell him. I declare him officially unsellable.
“Next season, he will stay at Sassuolo.”
