The 18-year-old has enjoyed a breakthrough season with the Gunners, making 35 appearances in all competitions and impressing with his performances.
Saka has been rewarded for his displays with a new long-term contract at the Emirates Stadium and marked the new deal by scoring his first Premier League goal the following day against Wolves.
Saka isn’t the only teenager to have caught the eye for the Gunners this season, with Martinelli also being rewarded with a new long-term deal after an impressive season.
And, speaking to talkSPORT, Martinez heaped praise on his young team-mates and believes they’re destined for the very top.
“They’re willing to listen, they do extra work away from the training ground, they get on with everyone in the club and when they’re on the field they do different stuff.
“They are different class.
“If they put it in their mind that they can be the best, they can reach that.”
Martinez also talked up Saka’s chances of earning an England call-up soon – the teenager has represented the Three Lions at Under-16, Under-17, Under-18 and Under-19 level over the years, and could find himself in the running for Southgate’s senior squad in the run-up to the rescheduled Euro 2021.

“Saka can be in the England team already, he’s the kind of player you need in your team.
“It’s not just about how much he gives you (on the pitch), he’s very positive and even with the top, experienced players that have been around, there are not many players like him.
“He’s a team player. I could give him my gloves and he would perform in goal, that’s Saka. I’m a bit worried, actually!”
