The Blues have already secured the services of Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner, and more are expected to make their way to Stamford Bridge.
And of course, on the pitch, things are looking very bright, with the Blues in a great position to qualify for next season’s Champions League, while an FA Cup semi-final lies just on the horizon.
Here are the latest transfer rumours and gossip from Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea poised to make Havertz move
Chelsea are reportedly ready to make a move for Kai Havertz after Bayer Leverkusen failed to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
The Bundesliga club finished fifth in the table following the last round of league fixtures in Germany, meaning they miss out on a place at Europe’s top table.
The Blues have been heavily linked with a move for Havertz, along with the likes of Manchester United and Bayern Munich.
And the Telegraph claim they’re ready to make an opening bid for the midfielder, who could now be available at a discount price following Leverkusen’s failure to finish in the top four.
Moyes’ message on Rice
West Ham boss David Moyes believes Declan Rice will one day be captain of the Hammers, despite being heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.
The midfielder is being touted for a move away from the London Stadium, regardless of whether West Ham are relegated or not, with Frank Lampard believed to be keen on playing him as a centre-back.
Moyes, though, doesn’t sound too keen on the idea of Rice moving away, saying: “My idea is to build West Ham around Declan Rice.
“I see Declan Rice as a future captain of West Ham, for many reasons I am looking forward to working with Declan and unless I am told different or things change he is a very big part of the club to me.”
Makelele helping with transfer
Former Chelsea midfielder Claude Makelele is helping to secure the signing of Lazio’s Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, according to reports in France.

The midfielder is thought to be attracting interest from Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham and PSG.
And, according to Le10Sport, the Blues have now entered the fray, with Makelele helping in his role as an advisor to the club.
Milinkovic-Savic is represented by Mateja Kezman, who played alongside Makelele at Stamford Bridge, and it’s hoped that connection could help Chelsea.
